And is there any good doc's about lopers/live loopers building?

I don't quite understand the question here - LiveCut isn't a looper,
it's a vst effect plugin.

Well, do the Max and MSP tutorials if you haven't already - that should provide the foundation to start building your own stuff.

You might want to try checking out the software I created in Max/MSP - http://www.kenaxis.com/
Its a loop based performance environment that might do what you want.
Also Arne Eigenfeldt just created a free looper available at: http://www.sfu.ca/~eigenfel/software.html called almost live.

or some kind of 'getting started' guide?
i downloaded it all today, but its alot to try to wrap your head
around, and the webpage doesnt have much documentation at all

Jeff Kaiser has done extensive work with max/msp looping (and open. He has a looping construction kit, which I use for live performances and have customized. More here:
