After watching Madeleine Bloom's video on bypassing effects (

 ), I am trying to make a m4l device to bypass all effects on a track at once. The way I have it set up, live.observer is giving me the parameter's state twice in the patch. Why is this? I have max blindness. Any help would be appreciated.

To work the main patch should be pasted in an audio device on a track with some other effects.
