I would be super grateful if someone with more signal processing chops than myself would take a look at this... I have made a pretty involved set-up using 4 accelerometers attached to the wrists and ancles of a dancer to control various aspects of the music. After a huge amount of crashes and bugs, it is now running relatively stably. However, there is one consistent bug: every time I start and stop this patch, Live stops working for a second or so, before continuing as before. This happens if I enable/disable the device, but also if I just simply trigger or stop a clip affecting it. What am I doing wrong here? Basically I'm using MIDI notes to open and close the flood of info from the sensors, which I am routing through a separate device. $1 $2 $4 $5 in the message box in the wind_too_poly abstraction are the pitch and rotation data from the wrist sensors, and the [r delta] object in the same abstraction are the sum of the total acceleration of the two, scaled appropriately... Any hints are most appreciated.
