make jitter play several movie files

Ok first my problem:

The thing I try do is run a video in Jitter 1.2 using Max 4.5
The video is a file of 13 Gig, about one houre loung...
It has to run in a loop for houres. I notice that after about 30 minutes it starts to stutter, they last about 10 minutes, then go away, and when it loops, the stutters come again for 10 minutes...

I'm not sure of this, but my guess is that it has to do with the sice of my movie file... Is it possible to cut the movie into, let's say, 6 parts all of about 2 gig, and make jitter play one file after the other. And then, when it is playing the last file, make it loop to the first file ?

I have a PC AMD 2.0Ghz 2 Gig RAM

The length of the movie doesn't matter, only the datarate, dimensions and the codec. What are they? See the appendix to the Jitter tutorials for more info on how to compress your video.

oh thank you.
The video has:
resolution: 720 on 480
Duration: 51.57 min
Bit Rate: 1024kps
frame rate: 29 frames / sec

I'll check the appendix. Thank you !

Also important bit is not on your list is codec. This will incur a
certain amount of CPU depending on what you chose. MPEG for instance
has a relatively high cost. jpeg codecs depending on your settings
usually don't.
