The Conservatory of Amsterdam invites applications for the Master's program in Live Electronics for the 2025-2026 academic year. We are seeking students who have a music-driven interest in electronics and technology with an emphasis on live performance. Applicants should have completed a bachelor's degree in music or equivalent, and can demonstrate adequate musical skills.

The two-year Master is designed to accommodate the aspirations of performers from any musical background who wish to combine instrumental performance with electronic extensions. We are cross-genre and welcome applicants with backgrounds in contemporary, jazz, pop, classical and multidisciplinary performance. The small size of our program allows us to focus on building essential skills while also nurturing each student's unique talents, and our position within the prestigious Conservatory of Amsterdam gives opportunities for rich collaborations and access to world-class technical facilities and performance spaces. Recently initiated programs include innovative research into immersive audio systems and AI applications for live performance.

Being a student here is also a great opportunity to experience the vibrant and diverse cultural environment of Amsterdam and Europe.

The deadline for applications is March 1st. More info can be found here: https://www.conservatoriumvanamsterdam.nl/en/application-and-admission/
