Just to get started, I am playing a prerecorded quicktime movie with audio. I have the audio routed via the @soc argument to the jit.qtmovie object, and then the spigot~ object routing audio to the plugout~ object, and getting that into ableton just fine.

However, if the jit.qtmovie object is playing the video, how will ableton know that I want to render the video (i.e., bounce a new quicktime movie) if I am not dropping the quicktime movie on a track, but instead am expecting ableton to render the video that the jit.qtmovie object is playing? If I trigger the movie with a midi note, is there a property of vizzie that will "hand" the video into ableton's track input. Ableton can warp video, surely there is a possibility for max for live and vizzie integration?
