Is it possible to build a Max device generating time code to synchronize two "major" DAWs in one(!) computer?

MTC is not problematic from one machine to a second one, of course. I would attempt to connect to DAWS in one machine, if possible.

I am working on WIN10. MAC offers some internal MIDI Routing (i.e. IAC Bus System), not sure about the PC world....

Is it possible to build a Max device generating time code to synchronize two "major" DAWs in one(!) computer?
