Hello, I apologize if this is addressed somewhere, but I'm stumped.

I'm running windows Xp pro SP2 and I'm just trying to get the MAX/MSP runtime install to work. It appears to install without problems, but when I run the executable MaxRT it dies with an "encountered a problem and must quit - send / don't send" dialog. I've tried reinstalling a few times, but I'm out of ideas.
