Maxwells Demon as javascript or java

    it could be a little difficult to realize these as js(maybe under jsui)or java:
    Maxwells Demon (Maxwellscher Dämon) is a kind of an indicator to describe the ways, rules (and concentration?) of liquids, gases etc. or other physical phenomenas
    or somebody has this realized as Maxpatch?

      The way I understand it Maxwells Demon is a very specific thought experiment that violates the second law of thermodynamics. In that respect I think your interpretation of Maxwells Demon is very different from mine?
      If you mean a patch that observes numbers, and depending on their value sorts them into a "high" group and a "low" group, then that would be trivial.
      If you mean a patch that breaks entropy, then it's a bit more tricky ;)

      we mean, it's a little bit different from yours this experiment "model" should describe 2 "rooms" connected with an imaginary gate and watched by the demon
      we're in interest for these both variants (sorting of the molecules like numbers and the entropy-simulation)

      uhm, then I'm wondering how you're looking to emulate it - like, with a 3d model of something that *looks* like two tanks with a gate in between them, or the actual function? Because the actual function, when emulated, is like really simple max. It's basically the [split] object, not much else.

      sure split should be one choice to realize this, but we are looking for a better solution (in german: wir kennen das Modell, in welchem die Teilchen, Moleküle ihren Weg von rechts nach links (und umgekehrt) in die "Zielkammer" nehmen, dafür wird eine entspr. Lösung bzw. Vorschläge gesucht
      einer unserer ersten Versuche im attachment (vor geraumer Zeit entstanden, nur als Skizze zu verstehen! nicht dokumentiert etc)
