meter~ sticking led

hi

i have a meter with '5db per led' from inspector hooked up direct from a player. Some times when the music fades out slowly or i fade out a sine wave the last green led at the bottom will not go out. (every 15 slow fade outs, or so)

The only way i can seem to turn the led off so the meter reads -infinite is to send a signal in higher than the threshold of that final led and then cut the signal. that makes a glitch effect but turns off the led.

when using 4db per led in the inspector,the meter seems o.k and the last led does not play up, but i was hoping for 5db per led.

I might build my own meter, but i doubt it will be as efficient.
