Hello, I´m trying to send MIDI data and audio signal from Ableton Live to Max/MSP. Send~ into a MLV device doesn´t work, and I have problems with SoundFlower in Mountain Lion. Is there some way to do this?

When you say "MLV device", are you meaning "Max for Live Device"?

Ups, yes, that´s what I mean. My mistake, thank you very much.

If you want to send midi and audio to the same Max for Live device, a workaround may be necessary. Personally, I record to a buffer on an audio track, and playback from the same buffer on a instrument/midi track. I'm hoping that some day, M4L audio devices will allow for direct midi input!

You could try the AudioUnit plugins AUNetSend/AUNetReceive which are built into OS X.
