Advance apologies for what is probably a stupid question.

Could someone give me an example of using the "focus" message to navigate between mira.frame objects? The frame has no inlet and the mira.frame Reference says

"If mira.frame has no inlet, you can still send it a message using a thispatcher object."

However, I can't seem to get this to work using 6.1.5 and the latest mira package (downloaded today).

My plan is to use message objects for frame navigation instead of tabs, hence the question.
