Missing 'to max msp' and 'from max msp' in the midi setup

Hello,

I want to send midi data from my Max msp 5 to Ableton 8. I've read that the way to do this is, is to use 'from/to max msp 1/2'. But these sources aren't visible in the Max midi setup. It's obvious that they aren't visible in Ableton either.
The only input that's available in Max is the one of my audiointerface; Motu mk3 Hybryd. Am I missing something or is there a way to make these sources visible? Or is there an other way to achieve midi communication between Max and Ableton?

I'm using Windows 7.
