Modified SoundFlowerbed:Improve Stability / Volume Control

Hi all SoundFlower fans.

Currently, I've modified SoundFlowerbed 1. Improve stability specific for sleep/resume and device disconnection. 2. Introduce Volume Control( only for 2ch now).

I've sent patch (pull-request) for github, but no reply from developers yet. So, I put the link to my modified version here.

Hi KYAB,
the volume control is a great feature! I like that the decimal volume is diplayed. It would be great if you could modify the app so that the volume is also shown as decimal number instead of the soundflower icon in the menu bar. Can you also provide your source code as a download or is it available on github? Thanks!

Thank you for this fork. It solves the stability problem that I have been seeing. I have reported this in the separate thread I created back in July https://cycling74.com/forums/soundflowerbed-stops-on-sleep before I discovered your earlier posting.

Confirmative that this revised SoundFlowerBed with volumecontrol works like it should, including resume after sleep. Nice work!
