Mono Sequencer + APC40 = hardware fun

Hello M4L users,
I've just released a maxforlive device called the APC Mono Sequencer, which combines the awesome capabilities of the Cycling 74 Mono Sequencer with hardware control from the APC40. It started out as just a personal project, but I've decided to make it free to download on maxforlive.com (it's too big to post as an attachment here):http://maxforlive.com/library/device/2644/apc-mono-sequencer

The patch builds on the mono sequencer as well as Mark Egloff's APC Step Sequencer, but unlike the latter device it allows encoder-based control of each individual note's properties like velocity, duration, and octave select, making it more suitable for programming basslines and melodies. I've made a tutorial video explaining its design features here:

If you're interested in how I put it together, I've also written tutorial of sorts on the Frankenstein process I used. Check it out here:http://alijamieson.co.uk/2014/11/hacking-hardware-control-maxforlive/

Also, If anyone reading has an APC20 or APC40 MkII, I'd love to get your help adding support for those devices as as I haven't got that hardware around to test with. Cheers!

Hi, I see that it has been some time ago that you've made this device. I've been trying to figure out how to get it working for my APC40 MkII, but I got lost in the complexity of the structure. If you are still up for making the device work for MkII, please let me know!
