Did you try it yet? It works fine for me. (MacBook Pro, MacOS 10.7.5, Max 6.0.7, Reason 6.5.2).

Thanks christopher, ive done what the guide on the ableton website suggested but max doesnt seem to be able to output more than 16 channels to rewire.

thre is one more, lol. the admin hunts him in realtime.

Ableton doesn't see more than 16 channels of rewire even after Options.txt have changed.

I'm also unable to get more than 16 rewire output channels in MaxMSP 6.1.3 Audio Status.
