I am putting together a patch that triggers green-keyed video and sound through movement. I have come to the point where I have those two features working separately but getting them to work at the same time results in a beeping-sound. How can I resolve this problem and why actually do I get the beeping sound? I am a complete novice...

First off, the trigger that now turns your ezdac~ on and off should probably be connected to the sfplay~. It's not a good idea to turn the audio on and off all the time.

I bet the "beeping" sound you are getting is from the subpatch "make-sound" which is located inside the "motion intersection" subpatch. when you turn on the audio this subpatch kicks into action. just delete "make-sound" and you should be fine.
