Mp3enc in application

Hallo,
I am trying to include the Mp3 Enc of Florian Bomers in an application.
So I put all the necessary jar.files and the dll.files in the Java document inside my application instead of putting them in the java folder of my C-disc. Unfortunately this only works when I put the lametritonus.dll in the Java of my C-disc ( the tritonus jar.files are in the support/java folder of my application and the lame_enc.dll too ).

When sharing my application with somebody else it would be annoying to have to put one dll to one specific folder to make it work.
