I'm using notein to determine the note received from a midi keyboard. It works fine for receiving one note at a time, but when pressing a chord (more than one keys) it only detects one key note. How can I ensure that it detects both key presses when they are being pressed simultaneously?

midi is a serial protocol. that means, 2 keys pressed will arrive one after the other in you computer, no matter what.

if you connect a print object to your notein, you should see the two notes printed to the max window.
