Hi,

I recently purchased a MacBookPro8,2. the newer model available. I authorized Max whit a new challenge response, every thing is normal. I run max and call Jitter objects, which gave the following error:

Jitter demo period has expired
Jitter is not authorized
jit.3m: could not allocate object
jit.gl.videoplane: could not allocate object
jit.qt.grab: could not allocate object
jit.brcosa: could not allocate object
jit.qt.grab: could not allocate object
script connect: can't make connection (in 0 -> grab 0)
script connect: can't make connection (grab 0 -> out0 0)
script connect: can't make connection (grab 1 -> out1 0)

Did i done something wrong? Is max not prepared to new MBP yet?
Is this happened to someone else?

Jitter is not authorized.

You can try to re-authorize using Internet Activation:

1. Launch Max with control+command held (directly from the Applications folder, not the dock)

2. Choose the 'internet activation' option

3. You are taken to the 'Max 5 Authorization' page; enter your serial

If you get an error message about having run out of authorizations, or not being able to connect to server, or have any other trouble, send a note in to Support.

Hi,
Thanks! Unfortunately my serial isn't working. I already did serial authorization many years ago. I think i should ask to cycling for another challenge response...
Is there a way to put back in demo mode just until i get new response?

Thanks
