New to Max/MSP -- comprehensive tutorial

I am new to Max/MSP but eager to learn how to use it. Could someone point me in the direction of the best tutorial to begin with. Thanks!

I learned a lot from both sets. Be sure to start from the oldest first as they do step things up a level as they go.
