offline tutorials
Hello,
I am new to max/msp. I am traveling a bit, and have plenty of Max time, however little connection to the web. The online tutorials look great, however one needs to be connected to the net. Can you recommend offline tutorials (a book or pdf) that expand on max basics?

The tutorials / reference are local to your computer, unless you press the button to visualize it in a browser (and not in Max).
