optimising still images

I've looked and can't find documentation as to how to optimise jpegs. I'm using 768 x 576 images and have set up both the jit.qt.movie object and the jit.window to be that size. The full screen results I'm getting are still slightly pixalated.
    I'm assuming there's something I'm missing, some setting ?
Any advice would be most helpful !

Hi Basically it will only be unpixelated at native resolution When you scale it up to full screen its trying ti fill a far larger space - eg 1025 x 768, I'm at 1920 x 1280 You would need to set your monitor to 768 x 576 ie matched size for pixel perfect repro So try a lower monitor resolution Cheers

Hello, That's done the trick and makes blindingly obvious sense.
      Thanks very much,
