orange dot in the upper right corner in fullscreen mode

When a [[jit.window]] or [[jit.world]] object receives the message [fullscreen 1] the window fills the screen. This is fine, but it also draws an orange dot in the upper right corner. This is not so good, if you want to make a public presentation.

Is there any way to avoid that point?
