[OSC-route] not loading in Max6 Runtime on Windows 7

I was hoping to get some insight, clues or solutions to this which has become a major hiccup in a multiple-computer installation. Each computer is loaded with a (relatively) unique patch, and uses maxuino to get data from arduino, and when loaded in Max6 (full application) everything loads and runs perfectly. When the patch is loaded in Runtime, the [osc-route] object, crucial to parsing maxuino, fails with the "object not found" error in the Max window. Building as a collective and app yielded the same error.

Max 6.0.4, windows 7 home premium, fresh download of the CNMAT collection for windows.

Full disclosure I'm really really really unfamiliar with doing this on a Windows PC so forgive me if I've missed something obvious.
