hello, i search a tool for make scores

It could be like midi score, but with more precision
and the top could be with bezier curve editor... like the after after effect curve editor or the 3DSmax one. (With 50 paramters for exemple)
But already, just edit simply few list of float number could be great..

This is the state of the work i found, but nothing really effcient to make quite simple score with severales curves or series of float numbers,
or the project seems not still in developement.

- oscseq, but doesn't launch
- graphical score (http://www.synthtopia.com/content/2009/10/11/graphic-score-maxmspjitter/) but i don't find any patch
- oscore (http://www.grahamwakefield.net/MAT-F04/233/index.html#overview)
- Iannix, but it's not realy a time line
- mouse gesture composer (http://sourceforge.net/projects/mgcomposer/)
- virage plateforme (http://www.virage-platform.org/)
- open time line (http://dh7.free.fr/)
- TimelinerSA from vvvv, but for windows plateform

- mtr object is quite good, but it could be nice to edit graphically the file it produce. i wonder how it could be efficent with ej.function or a coll

thank you if someone have an idea or if a tool is already existe..

cheers

algoscore seems to be a good way too,

i decide to make a home-made tool...

i syncronise ej.function (http://www.e--j.com/?page_id=169)
with the timeline.js for max (http://www.alexanderschubert.net/software.php)

it can record data and it's possible to edit them in a graphict
then playing them

i have to add some ergonomicals features and add an easy way to manage severals function

Max Patch
Copy patch and select New From Clipboard in Max.

if someone have any idea or comment...

Hey Yopla,
have you kept working on this?

You could try Vezer - I'm using for the first time on a project and so far it's been perfect: drawing curves for OSC control, sending OSC colour data, flags, syncing to audio, etc.

Cheers

Hey,

yes, Vezér is a very good option i'm evaluating, but I just wanted to consider an integral max solution, as I'm already using it for other bits

:)

If you do find anything, let me know! I have previously used logic to create MIDI files full of control messages, then played these back within Max using the seqplayer object, but was frustrated by the limited resolution of 128 steps for any one controller. I know you can use 14-bit MIDI if you record your controllers using a high-res interface (like the Behringer BCF2000) but editing this information is pretty much impossible in logic once it's recorded. I'd really like to find a solution that works entirely within Max...
