But instead of setting reasonable goals, I have always been one to bite off more than I can chew, choke, spit up, then learn from it and do better the next time. :)

Then as soon as the direction of y movement changes
It seems like there should be some easier way of doing this in max - adjusting control range limits on the fly. But maybe not?
