Patcher Transparency on Windows

Hi there,

when opening the Patcher Inspector Window on MacOS it shows attributes for window transparency ("Enable Transparent Patcher Window"), which enables to 'see through' a patcher window. This attribute, however, does not show on the same patch/Patcher Inspector Window on Windows, and opacity of the window background colour doesn't seem to have any effect.

Is it not possible on Windows? Can anybody confirm? (couldn't find documentation on this)
