Patcher view on top of render view similar to TouchDesigner

Is there a way to fix a jit.pwindow to the screen so it doesn't move or zoom but retain the patcher scrolling and zooming overlayed on this jit.pwindow ?

I often move my jit.world window around during patching because it hides parts of the patcher that temporarily become important and it is not convenient to enable/disable floating. I would like to have a feature like in TouchDesigner https://vimeo.com/122273236 where the signal flow graphs can be scrolled and zoomed on top of the rendering window.

you could also get a second monitor :)

With this technique you can show your patch and the visuals behind it in a jit.window. I use it sometimes when teaching. I dont think it is exactly what you need but maybe you want to check it out anyway!

Feature Request for non scrolling/non zooming rendering viewer in Max' patch space (in the background of patcher). It would make patching of Jitter projects much more convenient especially when using Max in conjunction with other applications like Ableton live.

If you use e.g. Ableton Live to drive your Jitter animations screen space is crowded and you have to disable floating otherwise the jit.world window disappears when you click in the Live window.

feature request noted, thanks.

...found something that illustrates the concept quiet well. Still a little inconvenient for daily work but quiet near to the expected behaviour. Makes the background of the patcher transparent. Thanks to Marta Verde who posted this on Facebook
