pattrstorage + recallmulti issues

  1. When running a "flonum" into the pattrstorage object and scrubbing between different presets, I have my desired preset interpolation. (Interpolation is set to linear.)

  2. When attaching the corresponding logic from the "nodes" help file, nothing happens. (I've read the reference's description of requisite configurations, and I do feel that nothing has been overlooked.)

Below, I've attached a screenshot of the patch with the bpatchers, my pattrstorage object is set to manage, highlighted:

If anyone has any thoughts on this or sees any glaring issues, I'm all ears. :)

Did you double-click on the "loadmess" message (feeding the right inlet of vexpr)?

In your screenshot, you show a use case where only preset 2 is recalled (no percentage for 1, 3, 4, 5). You will get interpolation only when you make your node circles overlap at least a little bit.

Ok, so upon some more testing, it seems to work just fine inside any of the highlighted bpatchers. (Each has its own nested pattrstorage, and the managing "parent" is the one I was looking to control with nodes.) Though if that's the issue, I think it's still strange that the flonum seems to work fine.

@Jean -- I did double-click loadmess, and I do totally hear you on needing more overlap. That said, I'm currently able to scan the entire nodes object and have no corresponding movement or modulation whatsoever, while in the parent patch, etc.

Apologies if bumps are frowned upon; I'm still not entirely sure why a flonum will interpolate between presets managed by a parent pattrstorage, but recallmulti does nothing. There's nothing in the Reference or Help file that indicates this should be the case. Hmm.

OK, I made a quick simple patch to test this specific point, and indeed, I think there is a bug. Reporting it.
I'm attaching a patch & preset files, in case someone else wants to give it a try.

Hello Have you had any luck with this? I just ran into the same problem.

I already submit a bug for that some months ago.
Recallmulti seems to work bad with some object where everything is working good with a simple interpolation...
