PhoneTones
A discussion in another thread got me thinking about phone emulation.
I created a patch that generates dial tone, ringing tone, keypad
tones, and a busy signal. I still need to add filtering for an audio
source, and some better phone line related noises and clicks.
It's called PhoneTones, and it can be found here in its present

Quite good fun - why dont you connect it to the skype external so that you can actually make calls- I came up with something which buffered the sound out of skype and mucked about with it and would probably add to your patch and expand what it does.
