pixel streaker [sharing is fun]

stealing is fun too. today, on the group-that-will-not-be-named someone posted a cool touch designer tutorial of a pixel streaking effect. I took it for a spin and here's what I came up with. (zamplr included for demonstration purposes only, use at own risk)
