Plotting a comb filter?

Hi all,
been using Max on and off for a few years now, first time posting in the forums. I'm working on a project right now where I have a patch calculating delay times to send into a comb~ object. I'd like to be able to graphically represent the resulting comb filter so users can see where on the frequency spectrum the comb filter's nulls are occurring (later in development i'm planning to overlay a spectroscope~ of my input signal so that users can compare the filter's attenuation to the input signal.) I've been scouring max documentation to see if there's any way to plot the filter but I haven't been able to find anything too helpful yet. Anyone have any pointers on how i might be able to go about plotting or otherwise graphically representing a comb filter?

look at the helpfile for filterdetail :) It has a combfilter visualisation in tab number 4.
