Pluggo default plugins are unloadable on Nuendo 3.2.0 @ windows xp

My Pluggo default pluggins are unloadable on Nuendo 3.2.0.

I have build the "Tutorial P1.part", and Nuendo loaded it without any problems.

Thanks in advice.

ps:
1. I'm using windows xp sp2.
2. I have already installed the pluggo runtime.
