where should I look or check something ???

Stange stuff : just few of pluggos appears in the browser , those named "a-xxxx" (like "a-crash, a-hihat, a-register, ... )

the same behavior in Kore stand alone or Kore hosted by Logic or Live

thanks for help

That's going to require an update to the UB versions of pluggo,
MODE, and Hipno, I think. We're working on them now, and appreciate
your patience.

At present, I'd suggest opting for AU versions of our plug-ins
when hosting them in Kore.

I would upgrade to version 1.0.2 of Kore, by the way.

In future, these kinds of emails are not particularly useful unless
you include information on your system:

Platform/OS version
Version of pluggo/MODE/Hipno
Version of the host application [e.g., Live, Logic] you're running

There's also a much greater chance of expeditious feedback
if you can provide a replicable sequence of operations that
demonstrates your problem.

Since there are no telepaths capable of remote viewing on our
payroll at present, the steps outlined above are crucial if you
wish for helpful feedback.

I'm sorry - that should have read:

sorry for the confusion.

thanks Gregory for replying,
here are some additionnal information :
- I am using Kore updated to 1.0.2
- AU version of pluggo : it's what I'm using (VST folder is empty, ploggo.component in the components folder)
- what I can see in kore FX browser :
instruments : pluggo = empty ; hipno = empty
effects : pluggo = a-crash, a-hihat, a-kick, a-register, a-ride, a-snare, a-tomhi, a-tomlo
hipno = amogwai, crackverb, sffizzler

my system :
powerbook powerPC G4 1.5 Ghz, 1 GB Ram,
Logic version 7.1.1
Pluggo 3.5.3
Hipno : not authorized yet

hope that will help better in your update work .

last question please : what do you mean "the UB versions of pluggo" (especially the "UB" word)

thanks again,

That's a much better batch of information, but you left out
the OS version. This matters because some of the currently
reported NI problems have to do with the OSX version
you're running, too.

Universal Binary.

If you've been reading along in the Kore forums and *their*
documentation,
then you know that Kore only recognizes Mach-O plug-ins. You're
describing
precisely what everyone else sees when dealing with Carbon plug-ins,
which is what the versions of our plug-ins you have are.

We're working on this, and appreciate your patience.

sorry Gregory for the missing os version
it is the os X 10.4.7

for your information, I received the folowing message from Native Instruments :

" This is not a known issue. Please rescan your plugins (Kores options). If the problem persists, please let me know the exact verions of the plugins and make a screenshot of your components folder (MacHD/ Library/ Audio/ PlugIns/ Components) and of the instrument and the effect list in Kore. "

and I've forwarded to them our exchanges on this forum thinking that that may help the work of each party .

thanks

Really guys, The pluggo synths are not even worth giving away for for free, So why so something so bum-licking, (I bought Pluggo based on the UK DACS vibe and also the sonic mangling sessions I soon look forward to).

Sorry to be a pain in the arse, But if it wasn't for NI, Imagine what a Steinberg monopoly would feel like ;)

FWIW, the kore 2 update works much better with pluggo and friends. Presets show up and you can save things successfully.
