point to point low-latency Live AV streaming from Max

Hi all, I'm working on a live AV performance that will need to stream point to point, from my studio in the US to a couple of venues abroad - all should have decent internet connections. Both venues will hopefully have live collaborating musicians, and we'd like to interact with each other with the least latency + obvs highest quality sound and image. I'll be using Max on my end, they probably won't. Any recommendations on best / lowest latency streaming solutions for something like this? Thanks a bunch!
