Problem with application build and vst .dll

    Dec 16 2009 | 2:30 am
I've just about finished a patch i've been working on. The only problem I seem to be having, is that the patch uses dblue's stretch vst. When I build the patch as an external application, I get the error message "can't find plug-in dblue_stretch.dll", so this part of the patch doesn't work. The thing is that when I build the application, I made sure to include this particular file in the script, so I don't understand why it is not being found.
    Any ideas?

You could simply add it manually, by putting it in the support folder. Does that work?

it doesn't if i just put it in support. but perhaps i need to create a folder called something within support and put it in that? not sure what that folder would be called though...?

Hallo again, it works now, but I cannot even tell you where the mistake has been, I made a new script and application and placed the .dll at the same place as before ...??? Maybe there was another msitake . Romain
