I'm using version 8.2.2. of Max/msp on a MacBook Air m3 and whenever I use the jit.vcr object the programme abruptly terminates. Strangely enough, the patch I created that incorporates jit.vcr works on my old 2011 Mac Pro, but it's driving me crazy with the new, powerful M3.

Can anyone give me any information or tips on how to solve this problem?

would start by updating to latest Max version. 8.2 was still Rosetta only i believe

The problem was solved by changing the sampling rate to 48000. This problem was solved thanks to the contribution of forum user Reesa
