Quick record audio quality
Just a quick question, does anyone know if the Quick record option suffers from a loss of audio quality in comparison to recording into a buffer with record~ ?
Well, quickrecord uses sfrecord~ rather than record (you *do* know it's a regular Max patch you can open and investigate, right?), but there shouldn't be any noticeable difference - provided that your DSP settings are the same. You can explicitly set them in quickrecord, so perhaps they don't match your DSP Status settings....
