radiaL inaction

Gregory Taylor's icon

Last week, I found myself in New Orleans [at the ICMA's annual international computer music conference/festival] hanging out at Tulane, and was invited to be part of a "brown bag/lunchtime" concert series held in front of McAllister [?] Hall. Since I'd been doing some recordings with rtcmix~ wizard Brad Garton and extended mandolinist Terry Pender in Virginia just before going to N'awlins, I had all my gear with me [a Motormix and a Fastlane]. Filling in at the last minute wasn't too hard.

Here's some live radiaLizing from noon last Friday, opening for Ajay Kapoor and his ChucK-driven autoaccompanied sitar [the great thing about being an opening act is that your work is done when the main event happens and you can just listen and enjoy yourself):

22 minutes, all live solo no edits. Copyright 2006, all rights reserved, etc.
