Remind me offlist in a day or two and we can chat. I just did a pretty substantial (and ongoing) project with DMX, which sadly didn't work out due to my issues with Java (did you notice how I took responsibility? that was painful to do.... ;) -- that said, the ENTTEC looks awesome and seems like it handles the list-sending low-level stuff using Olaf's object.
I have a pretty decent 256-channel generator for a lot of nice colorations (using jit.bfg), which could readily be accented with jit.ops, which I also plan to do. What's your angle on this? My project was for LED's... do you want to use video for input? what's your output intent? etc.
BTW, Anyone reading this that helped with my project (Scott F, Volker, Topher L., THANK YOU!!!!!!!)

Ive used both enttec boxes with olaf's externals for some time now and they are fantastic. here is a very basic packer setup for a few channels. Just get your input stream into range and get creative. The fadercontrol patcher in the help file is very helpful to start with and paste from.
Sorry I meant to mention that the message box in the above patch with a Com Port number should be changed to the Com port your USBpro is on. Check the device manager if you dont know it.
