I am trying to record OSC spatial data in Live through Max for live.

Each data flow is encoded in two octets of CC (continuous controller) in LSB and MSB.

But they are not recorded in live as automation.

Tracks in Live can record only their input signal. So you need to route the output from your M4L device to another MIDI track and use that for recording. Since Live 9 you can record CC automation data in session view into MIDI clips.
