render to matrix/jit.qt.record best way?

    Hi everytime i try to record some 3d stuff to disk i get crazy. What method between the three proposed in render-to-matrix example is the best in your opinion?
    In the specific case i want to render some HD video through the ruttetra patch. The main problem is of course the compotation in real time, using HD input the frames are skipping making the result not fluid. Is there a way to do frame by frame (no realtime needed)? I tried using realtime 1 in jit.qt.render but doesn't seem to work.
    Otherwise i have also some Desktop capture application... anyone who needs to do this once in while as a clue?

      if you want to do non-realtime recording with qt.record, you should leave @realtime to the default value of 0.
      also, is probably the best way to render opengl to a matrix.
