Rendering the MAx audio effects
Hi everybody.
I have an issue with M4L.
I have created this patc, which I am using as a MAX audio effect on a track. It basically record the playing clip (it is a midi piano, but could be everything) in a buffer and then chops the file in small parts and play around and repeat them, you can also record it in another buffer and play it back in a random order (the modsquad). Every effect has a volume slider going to the main plugout~ .The patch is still a work in progress so it will look messy. BUT, my question concern the ableton recording:
if I record this track and then render it I do not get what I am playing but just one sound out of the it, given by just one of the effects.
Then what should I do?
Is there a kind of memory of the presets in Ableton? I mean the volume sliders do not look to be dynamic during the rendering. How does it work? If the quesion is not clear please do not hesitate to ask me for further clarifications.
Herewith is the patch included
stupid me
I have just to use the live.objects library...sorry I have already solved my problem..
just for the sake of sharing, this is the patch in its final version, any comment or feedback is accepted.
