Replaceable argument ($1) and line?
Why am I getting an error in the Max message window with this very simple operation? Won't "line" work with replaceable arguments in the message?

Copy patch and select New From Clipboard in Max.
Never mind. It seems the replaceable argument should read "$1", and not "$1.".
I know - I replied to myself ten minutes before you did. :)
For some reason I had gotten it into my head that if the replaceable argument was a float, I had to add the ".". But meaningless indeed.
I blame my lack of sleep. Or something.
