I've found what I'm pretty sure is a bug. Is there a formal bug reporting mechanism for max/msp? A way to see if a bug has already been reported? I'd like to be a good citizen and I'd like to make sure that somebody knows about things that I find that are wonky.

(I'm a software QA engineer by day, so forgive me for being anal =:-) )

Your best bet is to post your system/os specs and max version here along with a demonstration patch and steps to recreate the problem. The forum is moderated so things do get noticed but sending cycling an email probably won't hurt either.
