RNBO RPi typical latency

Hi, I am curious about using RNBO and am wondering what latency figures people have measured for MIDI > RPi running RNBO > audio out, or audio in > RPi running RNBO > audio out, and what config settings, pi version, USB interface folks are using.

I'm not after a singular ms figure as there are a lot of variables in each setup, but more just interested to see experimental results or even just if folks feel like the latency is a concern for a particular application e.g. MIDI sampler or not.

I figure that because RNBO has a batteries-included pi image then it would be already set up for low latency audio presumably as good as they can get it, I just can't find any details on the RNBO site or here about what latency values are considered typical or achievable, or if it is using a realtime kernel. Most other "run DSP on a device" products mention this somewhere so perhaps I've missed it.

For context, I am weighing up if the RNBO + RPi4+ combo is a good choice with regards to latency compared to some other embeddable options such as Bela, Daisyseed, Teensy, or building something atop Patchbox OS. Thanks!
