RNBO VST Sales?
If I purchase RNBO, am I able to sell VSTs that I create with it?
The E-Z export says "made with JUCE" on it and has a simple GUI.
If you export the code and develop the GUI and etc yourself you will be doing all of that work outside of Max. Many people use the JUCE framework to help with this. There is a separate license for that OR you could write the code yourself borrowing open-source snippets from somewhere (I don't know where).
This is literally the point of RNBO: to export the C++ code and use it elsewhere.
The VST/AU export is well suited to testing how your work operates and sounds but I don't think you could sell the exported plugins as they are generated. BUT you can prototype your FX, try them in Ableton (or whatever), and when you have the plugin operating as you like THEN export the raw code to build your own UI code with knobs and sliders and metering, etc.
To sell a VST, from what I've read, you will need to comply with the RNBO license which is licensed under the Cycling '74 License for Max-Generated Code for Export.
You have some more information here regarding the RNBO license
