Sever the bendout connection?

Hey all, here's a patch that I can't figure out... I have it bending from 127 to 0 and stopping at 0, which is great, but the notes of noteout still produce a bit of wobbly pitch bend noise. I'm unsure as to how to sever bendout's connection to noteout. Anyone know?
