{Sharing is} a neat way to pack polybuffer~ info into dict

I thought I'd post this for folk to use following a request for more dict tutorials. It does exactly what it says on the tin - packs the info from polybuffer~ into a dictionary (or two). I've always adapted the coll system from the info tab on the polybuffer~ helpfile for this sort of thing, so this is really an alternative to that.
